Le lieu est 100% alimenté par la roue à auget datant de +/- 1820 et remise en état en respectant celle d’origine.
On mange donc à côté de la roue qui produit l’électricité du lieu.
C’est également une atmosphère particulière, parce que dans l’endroit du dîner nous entendons la roue tourner à un niveau sonore qui m’a été dit par plusieurs personnes : ‘’C’est super apaisant comme bruit’’.
